Spring In Bloom: Community Fashion Show
Spring in Bloom is The Opportunity Hub’s annual community fashion show in Starrett City, Brooklyn celebrating designers, models, and creative entrepreneurs from our neighborhood and beyond.
Returning for its second annual show in April 2026, Spring in Bloom brings together emerging and established talent for a high-energy runway experience that reflects creativity, culture, and pride. From local designers and first-time runway models to nationally recognized participants, the show creates space for artists and entrepreneurs to be seen, supported, and celebrated.
Proceeds from the event support The Opportunity Hub’s programs, helping us continue to invest in youth development, workforce pathways, wellness initiatives, and creative opportunities for Starrett City and neighboring communities.

As part of the Fashion Show, participants receive hands-on professional development designed to support long-term growth. Models gain training in runway and posing, along with free headshots and model comp cards, while designers receive brand visibility and professional development coaching from branding and e-commerce experts.
