FAMILY ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Randi dedicated over a decade to the Starrett City community through her work with the After School Program, forging lasting connections with students, families, and community partners. As Program Director at Spring Creek After School Program, she introduced initiatives like Girls Who Code and Math Hoops, sparking creativity and critical thinking in young learners. A graduate of the Landit Women’s Leadership Program, Randi sharpened her expertise in advocacy, communication, and community engagement. She is an active member of the School Leadership Team at P.S. 346, helping shape strategies that drive student achievement. Randi also serves on the PASE Community Council, where she champions equitable access to high-quality after-school programs. Her passion for education and community continues to fuel her mission of empowering children and families to thrive.
