Joyceline comes to The Opp Hub with 18+ years of experience in employability assessments, workforce development, employment planning and retention. Joyceline is skilled in supporting underserved populations, individuals with barriers to employment including, but not limited, to individuals with physical and mental health disabilities, re-entry candidates, veterans, youth and senior populations.

Her passion and commitment for uplifting, empowering, and motivating others to achieve their professional goals and dreams is unmatched.  She understands that environment, opportunity, and access to resources can affect the development of skills and progress and aims to dismantle those barriers impeding individual success. At her core, Joyceline is a problem solver. She often seeks creative solutions to complex challenges, to best support the participants she serves.
