Brooke brings over 25 years of C-suite leadership to The Opportunity Hub, with expertise in organizational transformation, financial stewardship, and building high-trust teams. As Chief Administrative Officer, she oversees HR, IT, finance,  facilities, and compliance ensuring that infrastructure is as strong and compassionate as the programs themselves. Known for combining strategic discipline with high emotional intelligence, Brooke has led multi-million dollar organizations through financial turnaround and crisis while always putting people first. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brooklyn College, grounding her understanding of how individuals and systems intersect. Brooke is a Brooklyn-based executive who values collaboration and accountability and is honored to build lasting change in the Spring Creek Towers community as part of the Opportunity Hub team.
